These terms apply when you buy from kidzkingdom.online. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them — they are short.
Who we are
Kidz Kingdom is an online retailer of children's educational toys, operating from Lahore, Pakistan and delivering nationwide. You can reach us on WhatsApp.
Orders
Submitting the order form is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm your order on WhatsApp. We may decline an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- The address or phone number is incomplete and we cannot reach you
- We cannot deliver to your area
- There has been an obvious pricing error
- There is a history of refused deliveries on the number or address
If we decline, you owe us nothing.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include delivery. Prices can change at any time, but the price we confirm on your order is the price you pay.
Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay the rider on arrival. We do not take card payments and we do not ask for advance transfers on normal orders.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch — just message us. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on your screen, and manufacturers sometimes change packaging without notice. Card illustrations and box artwork may vary a little from the photos.
Our products are learning toys, not teaching guarantees. Children develop at their own pace and nothing we sell promises any particular educational outcome. If you have concerns about your child's development, please speak to a paediatrician or qualified professional rather than relying on a toy.
Safe use
Please follow the age guidance on the packaging and supervise young children at play. Keep small parts, cables and packaging away from children under three. We are not responsible for harm caused by use that ignores the age guidance or the instructions.
Our responsibility
If we get something wrong, we will replace the item or refund it as set out in our returns policy. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Your content
If you send us a photo, video or review, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We will always ask you before posting anything that shows a person. You can ask us to take it down at any time and we will.
Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Kidz Kingdom. Please do not copy them for a competing shop.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
