Where we deliver
All over Pakistan. Every major city and most smaller towns — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad and beyond.
If your area is remote, the courier may take a little longer or may ask you to collect from a nearby office. We will tell you before we ship if that is the case.
Cost
Delivery is free. There is no minimum order and no hidden charge added at the door. The amount you see on the order form is the exact amount you hand to the rider.
How long it takes
- Order confirmation — we message you on WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm your address
- Dispatch — within 1 working day of confirmation
- Delivery — 2 to 4 working days in most cities, up to 6 for remote areas
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not counted. Deliveries slow down around Eid and during heavy rain or flooding — we will keep you updated if that affects your parcel.
Cash on Delivery
You pay the rider when the parcel is in your hands. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can — riders do not always carry change.
We do not ask for advance payment on normal orders. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Kidz Kingdom and asks you to transfer money before delivery, it is not us — please tell us immediately.
Tracking
Once your parcel ships we send you the courier's tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also just message us and ask — we will check it for you.
If the rider cannot reach you
The courier will normally attempt delivery twice and will call your number first. Please keep your phone reachable on delivery days. If both attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange another attempt.
Getting your address right
Most delayed deliveries in Pakistan are caused by incomplete addresses. Please include your house or flat number, street, area or sector, and the nearest landmark. A landmark genuinely helps more than anything else.
Damaged on arrival
Record a short video as you open the parcel. If anything is broken or missing, send it to us within 24 hours and we will replace it free — see our returns policy.
