Kidz Kingdom ("we", "us") operates kidzkingdom.online. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
What we collect
When you place an order, we ask for:
- Your name — so the rider knows who to hand the parcel to
- Your mobile number — to confirm your order and for the courier to call you
- Your delivery address and city — to deliver the parcel
- Any notes you add — optional, and only used to fulfil your order
We do not collect card or bank details. All our orders are Cash on Delivery, so payment happens between you and the rider at your door. We never see or store payment information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you visit — your approximate location, browser type, device type, and which pages you viewed. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which of our adverts bring people to the site and which products people are interested in.
The Meta Pixel sets cookies and shares limited event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may use this to show you our adverts again on Facebook and Instagram. You can control this from your Facebook account under Settings → Ads, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you ordering from us.
How we use your information
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about that order
- To handle replacements, returns and complaints
- To understand which adverts and pages work, in aggregate
We do not send marketing messages to your number unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with the courier company delivering your parcel. That is the only routine sharing we do. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to by a court or a competent authority in Pakistan.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to 2 years so we can handle replacement claims and keep proper business records. You may ask us to delete your details sooner — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your details entirely. Message us on WhatsApp and we will action it within 7 working days. If your order is still in transit we may need to keep your address until it is delivered.
Children
We sell children's toys, but our site is intended for adults purchasing for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS and order details go to a private, access-controlled spreadsheet. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small — which is the best protection there is.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
